1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StarDrive Inc.'s SMS messaging services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

StarDrive provides carrier-compliant A2P 10DLC SMS messaging services for transactional business notifications. Our platform enables businesses to send TCPA-compliant text messages to opted-in users including order updates, shipping notifications, account alerts, and other transactional communications.

3. SMS Consent Requirements

Users must explicitly opt-in to receive SMS messages. Consent must be:

• Given freely (not a condition of purchase)
• Specific to the type of messages described
• Separate from Terms of Service agreement
• Revocable at any time by replying STOP

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to send:

• Marketing or promotional messages without proper consent
• Spam or unsolicited messages
• Content that violates TCPA or FCC regulations
• Messages to numbers on the Do Not Call Registry

5. Opt-Out & Help

All recipients may opt out by replying STOP to any message. Help requests are handled by replying HELP. We process opt-outs within 4 hours as required by TCPA.
