• Deliver transactional SMS fleet and delivery alerts you requested
• Process opt-in and opt-out requests
• Comply with TCPA and 10DLC regulations
• Provide customer support

4. SMS-Specific Privacy

For SMS communications, we comply with:

• TCPA: Telephone Consumer Protection Act requirements
• 10DLC: The Campaign Registry brand and campaign vetting
• Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon requirements

5. Message Content

6. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will process your opt-out within 4 hours as required by TCPA. After opt-out, you will receive no further messages unless you re-subscribe.

We retain consent records and message logs as required by law. Phone numbers are removed from active lists within 30 days of opt-out.
